The Snuts
I was brought on to create visuals for The Snuts during the release of their album Burn the Empire. The record was politically charged, a rallying cry against the state, and the visuals were built to amplify that spirit.
The band was incredibly open to experimentation, allowing us to create visuals that truly felt like they reflected the chaos, urgency, and emotion of Burn the Empire.
The visuals spanned a wide range of styles, from clean, technical motion pieces to handmade, tactile sequences, including stop frame animations of burning cars and distressed textures. This mix of digital precision and analogue imperfection.
The result was a set of visuals that matched the band’s intensity and message, a powerful fusion of motion, music, and protest energy that brought Burn the Empire to life on stage.
